Bio

Sarah Eisworth is a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in family medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Our Lady of the Lake College, worked as an RN in the Emergency Dept for five years and obtained her Masters from LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a certified medical examiner. She is dedicated to providing care with the focus on addressing her patient’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.
