High Risk Pregnancy Care

A high-risk pregnancy is one in which a condition puts the mother or the developing baby (or both) at an increased risk for complications during pregnancy or after birth. Expectant moms with high blood pressure, diabetes, seizure disorders, auto-immune diseases and blood disorders are most commonly treated by a maternal fetal medicine physician in partnership with their obstetrician.
