Fitness
At our Health & Wellness Center, we offer many options to help meet your specific fitness goals.
Functional Fitness Program
The Functional Fitness Program is designed to decrease pain, maximize strength and enhance performance and function through a 3D physical evaluation and personalized fitness plan. Our fitness specialists will evaluate your posture, spine alignment, flexibility and range of motion to design a fitness program, including one-on-one training sessions, that addresses your imbalances identified during your evaluation.
A physician referral is required for the program. Call (225) 819-1175 for more information.
Fitness Classes
We offer a wide variety of trainer-led fitness classes for every level of experience.
